Our organisation recently bought Power BI Premium licence.
We have workspaces shared with free users with organisation and they are able to see the workspace and access reports and dashboard on Desktop/Laptop.
However, they are unable to access the workspaces on IPhone mobile? Is there any limitations please?

Since free users can't have access to a workspace: Remove the free user from the workspace and share report or dashboard with the user through share menu.
After that on the Power BI App, the free user can see the dashboard / report under shared with me (In the mobile App)
If the user can't see the report/Dashboard there, the Admin should make sure He removed his name from the group list, and to share the Report/Dashboard again with him from the group

Which version of power bi mobile app you test? Did this scenario appears on all ios devices or only specific device? How about android version?

This solution worked as an laternative, howerver we created workspaces in premium and assigned the mail ids to them.
Now we have share it everytime to reflect in mobile app. Thanks for the quick turnaround.
Hey,
from the latest release of Power BI Mobile app, free users who have access (viewer role) to workspaces will have direct access to the workspaces from the app navigation at the bottom of the screen.
This should make it easier for users to find and access the conent in workspaces.
