Hi all,
me and other 3 users (until now) in our company are not able to login to the APP, getting "an unpexted internal error ocurred, please try again" after entering the username. the password enter option does not even appears. Online the login works fine (via SSO or entering the credentials).
any ideas?

thanks for the answer, but the problem is now solved. The issue was the self-signed certificate in our PowerBI server. We've requested a new one by GoDaddy and now it works fine, everyone is able to login.

I'd like to suggest you to check the verification state of these accounts. Some of domains/companies setting to only allow the verified account login in the app.(e.g. microsoft account)
If this is a case, you need to send the request and wait for the verificaled.
