I can't reach my report on on iOS Power BI app; iPad iPhone. When I try to view the report all I get is the spinning refresh notification and nothing happens. On android and web browser work fine. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks.

Hey @Thana ,
Can you please provide more details?
1) are you trying to connect Power BI service or Report Server?
2) Are you able to view your report from Safari on iOS?
3) Can you share video/screencapture?
4) What app version are you using?
Thanks Maya
HI @Thana,
What version of power bi mobile app and ios system are you test? Did you work with common power bi service or try to link to an on-premises report server? If you mean the second one, I'd like to suggest you try to connect with different methods. (server name or ip address/ports)
Regards,
Xiaoxin Sheng
