How to disable tooltips Power BI Mobile
I'm using Power BI Mobile App in Windows and I want that tooltip/hover not show in table, becasue this tooltip/ hover limits the view of the table/matrix.
How Could I fix it?

You can take a look at the following blog to turn off tooltips option to disable visual tooltips.

In addition, if you want to only disable tooltips on mobile side, you can create some backup of visuals with tooltips 'turned off' and use them to create mobile reports.
