Hello,
I used mobile views in PowerBI, and since I needed to use filtering, I added filters, which worked in the beginning.
But in subsequent work, I changed the value that needed to be filtered, but the slicer was only updated in the normal view. The data in the mobile view is still locked by the previous filter values, and I can't adjust it individually in the mobile view.
Does anyone know how to fix it?
Hello,
I take an example, in the normal view, I use a slicer to filter the type = 'CM' in the first time, and after I change the type from 'CM' to 'PM', this slicer has not changed in mobile, it is still filter 'CM':
I can't change this in the mobile view, and usually, I hide some slicers because I don't want users to modify this, in this case, If they fail to sync, the result I show at the end will be incorrect.
Thanks
Hi @FyLyu ,
Thank you for reporting the issue, we are unable to reproduce it.
Can you please share screenshots of your mobile report (in portrait and landscape) describing the issue?
Thanks,
Michal
We encountered the exact same problem in our PBI desktop file (using the Oct 2023 version).
Please take a look at the attached screenshot.
We tried to choose the "GC" option in the currency filter, and we "stuck" with the "LC" that was chosen many days ago.
The same happens with MTD / YTD...
Thank you,
Gefen
