Filter pane on iPhone doesn't show Apply Filter button

We have a report that is set to show the Date filter for the report in the Filter pane on Desktop. On Mobile, the Filters pane correctly shows the date filter, but the Apply Filter button is missing when doing this from an iPhone (it works properly on Android):
