Hi All,
We are trying to identify the root cause of an issue but haven’t found it yet.
We have a dashboard that is shared with all departments through the web version. When we use the desktop version (which we use to edit charts and other elements), the data displays correctly. However, after publishing the dashboard and checking it in the web version, the data does not appear.
Do you know what might be causing this?

Hi @guilhermebrunet,
I assume you mean "Report" instead of "Dashboard". In the Power BI world thats a difference (see here Intro to dashboards for Power BI designers - Power BI | Microsoft Learn).
If it is a report you created in PBI Desktop and publish it to the service, there could be multiple reasons why no data shows up.
Examples:
- Row-level security is in place and user do not have sufficient rights
- Users do not have access to the underlying data source (semantic model)
- Credentials for the data sources are wrong or missing (you can edit them in the service within the semantic model)
- Check if there is acutally data in the semantic model
Hope any of these help solving your issue.
Best regards!
Hello @guilhermebrunet,
Hope everything’s going great with you. Just checking in has the issue been resolved or are you still running into problems? Sharing an update can really help others facing the same thing.
Thank you.

Hi @Mauro89 ,
Thank you for the tips.
I'll check the points that you said but I'm not sure if it's the issue. I am facing the same problems of the others.
