Error Dashbord

i have error in a dashboard for android 4.4.2

Need Help

    HI Hazem,


    Based on the screenshots, it seems like these web contents has been removed or move to new web url, you should confirm if it available to access.

      Dear Sir,

       this dashboard work in android 5.0.1 this problem only on android 4.4.2 and the screenshot for 5.0.1

        HI Hazem,

         

        I think you can refer to the document first, it mentioned you'd better running it on android 5.0 operation system or later:

         

        First things first

        • Get the app  Get the Power BI for Android app from Google Play.

          Note:

          Power BI can run on a number of different Android phones. Your phone needs to be running the Android 5.0 operating system, or later. To check on your phone, go to Settings > About device > Android version.

        • Start when you open the app    Even without signing up or signing in, after you open the app you can flip through the sign-in pages for a quick overview of things you can do with the Power BI app on your Android phone. Tap Skip to view and explore the samples, and get hands-on experience with the app. You can go back to the sampleswhenever you want from the dashboards home page.

        • Find out what's new in the Power Bi mobile apps.

        Get started with the Power BI for Android mobile app

         

        In my opinion, I think power bi mobile app not fully support for the earlier system version.
