Hello @zetty,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Forum Community.

Organization Configuration: In some cases, the organization may have policies like(Azure Active Directory (AAD): If your organization enforces authentication via AAD) that block access to the Power BI app from mobile devices. I would recommend contacting your organization's IT department to check if there are any restrictions in place.

App Update: Make sure you are using the latest version of the Power BI app. Sometimes, errors can be fixed in the most recent updates.

Clear App Cache & Data –Go to Settings > Apps > Power BI > Storage > Clear Cache & Clear Data

App Reinstallation: Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Power BI app on your device. This can help resolve any configuration or cache issues that might be causing the error. for trouble shoot please refer to (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/consumer/mobile/mobile-android-app-get-started)

If the issue persists, Submit a request for a Microsoft specialist or partner to contact you (https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/power-platform/products/power-bi/mobile#Overview).

If this information is helpful, please “Accept it as a solution” and give a "kudos" to assist other community members in resolving similar issues more efficiently.

Thank you.
