Doesn't show Visio visual on iPhone/iPad

I have an issue with visio visual, it works fine on Windons' Desktop and Android Tablets, but when opened in iPhone and iPad visio visual is not displaying. only shows 'SharePoint Online... login'

The phone I have is "iPhone 7"(ver. 13.3.1) and the iPad I have is iPad Air (iOS 12.4.8)

I think this should more relate to the custom visual itself. I'd like to suggest you take a look at the following document which mentioned about the sign-in issues:
