Different Mobile Layout on Mobile than in Power BI Desktop

Hi all,

I have made a mobile layout, which looks good in the Power BI desktop, but on my phone the layout changed.

The Power BI Desktop Mobile Layout is a wide screen, my 12 Pro Max 12 is smaller I guess. So now my text doesn't fit anymore. Text is size 8, which is still too big, but I cannot make it smaller then 8.

Anyone knows a solution for this?

I have the same issue but some visual says that they not have responsive view to mobile desing , and they look good in the mobile app , but when i view the report through web browser looks like the resize is not good

Hi @IAM 

It looks like the report didn’t get the setting you define in the desktop, it is not related to your phone size.

• Are you using the Power BI mobile app to view the report?
• Make sure you saved the new changes in Desktop and publish it to service, and then try to refresh the report
• Can you please share a screenshot of the formatting pane with the setting that you changed for mobile?
• Can you share the pbix?
