Date function in powerapps

Hi,

I have a scenario to launch and edit a form.

On clicking the Edit button it should validate below conditions and Display the buttons accordingly else give a display message.

1. Enable Button 1 if the current date is falling in a Month (I.e. April).

2. Enable Button 2 if the date is falling in November.

Launch the edit form 1 when clicking the Button  1. Also the forms should be allowed to edit only in the month of April. Edit should be disabled after April and view only should be enabled till November and hide the form after November. 

Launch the edit form 2 when clicking the button 2. Also it should be in editing mode only during November and view only mode after November til March next year.

Your ideas will be a greater help.
