    Hi,

     

    We have deployed another fix to production. 

    To make sure you're using the last js code, please pull to refresh, kill the app and re-actviate it.

    We are waiting for your feedback.

     

    Note: We are aware of the slowlyness issue and we'll invest time in it in the coming weeks.

    Hi Ron

     

    Thanks for this - this seems to have solved the issue. Our custom visuals are appearing across all three platforms. There's definately  a speed issue - but is workable with a small number of visuals.

     

    - Just a note for others - I had to uninstall and reinstall the Power BI app AND reboot on Android before reports would render at all.

Not only iOS, post android 6th Apr uodate all the custom visuals have stopped working for android as well.

 

Type of mobile device type: Nexus 5, Samsung Edge

OS version:  Android 6.0.1

Region/country/language: India

App build version : 2.2.160407.11839

Name of the report: Sourcing mobile dashboard

Steps to re-create the issue you reported: None of the custom visuals are showing. All the pages having custom visualization eithe crashes the app or showing empty visuals.

 

any update on this would greatly help.

      RomiK Any tentaetive date for solution?

      or any workaround for this bug?

       

      Actually some of these reports are regularly used by business. In case of uncertainity/no workaround we will have to chage visuals/design. Thanks ahead
