Our end users can't export a data table to Excel from Power BI App when they use their ipads.

If you have permissions to the data, you can see and export the data in Power BI Desktop and service, not in Power Mobile apps.
Power Mobile apps is a platform in which you could view and interact with shared dashboards and reports.

Export to excel is not yet supported in the mobile apps.
