Can not use PBI app on mobile

Dear guys,

Recently, I cant use PBI on mobile app. When I login, it said "Looks like you havent yet turned on Power BI for your Office 365 account...' (detail in Picture attached), when I sign in it said I dont have authority. But I check with account admin in my company, my account still has authority and I'm using normally PBI on web. Can anyone help me on this issue?
