Can I set the access to reports as optional?

We are having quite a run with users accessing shared dasboards on a browser or an Ipad.

This does not apply (so far) for users accessing said shared dashboards on an android phone.

We created a series of dashboards from the same report but aimed at different levels of management.

We wished to ensure that only pertinent data was shared and that such was aligned with the rules of the company.

However we noticed that the users accsessing the shared dashboard on their computers or Ipad could 'drill down' to the original reports and ipso facto see data and tiles that are not destined for them...

Could this be an option such as the optional permission granted to a user to share the dashboards?

Could we set a permission as to ensure that only selected people could access said reports?

Creating several reports from one dataset is not possible as fart as we tried.

Any suggestion?

thanks in advance for your ideas.

Hi,

Currently, any user who have access to the dashboards will be able to view the report behind it. This is

due to the fact that we want to enable the users to drill down to the data source and see its data.

We would like to offer you to add your request to our Feedback forum where users can add and rate others suggestions. Our

team is following this forum and our roadmap is updated accordingly.

Thank you,

Dana.
