Hi to all,
i have a question about the mobile app for the ipad. Whenever I call up a bookmark using a button, the bookmark bar appears at the top (see picture). I can click it away, but I don't want it because the screen slides down. Is there a possibility in the mobile app to switch off the bookmark bar? That sucks enormously.
I'm grateful for any advice.
best regards
Martin Beering

Hey @Anonymous ,
Currently you cannot control the location of the bookmark bar.
Can you please explain why dismissing the bar is not a solution for you? what do you mean - "but I don't want it because the screen slides down"? once you close the bar, the report view should be exactly the same as before the bar was visible.
Are you experiecing something else?
Thanks, Maya
Hi Maya,
sure, dismissing the bar is a solution.
But it would be nice if I could set the bookmarks bar not to appear at all. Switching between different bookmarks makes the screen very restless. In addition, I have had the experience that users do not recognize the possibility of clicking away the bookmarks bar at first glance.
Maybe in a later update.
Nevertheless, thank you very much and have a nice Sunday
Martin
