I don't find links of such well-designed examples. For best practices, you may refer to the official documents listed below. They will guide you how to create and format the mobile layout. 

Create an initial layout - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

Optimize visual formatting for mobile layout - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

Rearrange visual layering - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
