Background image in mobile report view

When viewing in iOS Power BI app, the background image in mobile report doesn't load.   Sometimes it works after navigating between pages or changing device orientation to view in original layout, ...

    I reproduced same issue as yours. The background image is not displayed when rendering a report. It's displayed properly after switching pages. We have reported this issue internally. You can also submit an Issue on Idea: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/360879-issues

Hi pramod_ 

 

We still do not support background image in the mobile view.

One of the reasons is that the mobile background length can being change when adding additional visuals to the layout and that can cause the image to be stretched.

If we will add background image in the future, how would you like it to behave? Stretched on all canvas length or maybe with fix size align to the top?

For now, as a workaround you can use an image visual as a background (that option was not available 6 years ago as we overlaying visual was not an option).

Hi,are background images for mobile already available in 2024?
