BUG: Power BI Mobile App on Iphone not working

Hello,

I'm doing an onsite customer visit, and they're having an issue accessing the Power BI mobile app on Iphone. They get an "Unauthorized" error. I've tried restarting the phone, and the normal windows app works fine. Also, my account works fine, so it's absolutely a software problem. I suspect it has to do with licensing. 

Please let me know if you can help!

Few follow ups, did you manage to sign in to www.PowerBI.com web app with the same user and password?

Could you specify the below?

Type of mobile device type:

OS version:  

App build version (can be found under Settings>About from Power BI app):

Steps to re-create the issue you reported:
