If you look at the image below, I cannot toggle the include app on or off for this workspace. I don't what setting I changed to effect this behavior. All my other apps are fine. Just this one is not allowing me to turn reports on or off to include in the app.
Help please as I need to change some of the reports.....

Can you access the app in other workspace successfully ? You can clear the broswer cache and then try again .
