value in Power BI is different to the value in Azure

I loaded the data from AzureDevops, found the State value in Power BI (In Progress) is different to the one on the AzureDeops

Kindly check these below:

1.The data refresh frequency of your Power BI report is not aligned with the data update frequency of your AzureDevops project. You can check and change the refresh settings of your report in the Power BI service.
2.The State Change Date field in your Power BI report is not showing the correct date of the state change. This field only captures the latest state change within a day, not all the state changes that happened in a day.
3.The State value in your Power BI report is based on a different query or filter than the one in your AzureDevops project. You can verify and modify the query or filter of your report in the Power BI desktop.

Thanks for your answer. 

If you could check this following date attached below, this work item has been resolved few months ago, I have set up the refresh on daily basis. Also, I have clicked the refresh manually but it still has issue..
