tornado chart do not show in mail page

tornado chart do not show in mail page when sending from subscription. I'm trying to create new page, the issue still exists.

Could not reproduce it in my side as far as my test. When I have created a report with a tornado chart and subscribed this report, it shown normally when I got the email.

Perhaps you can check that whether the report with the chart could be refreshed successfully first, if it can be refreshed successfully, try to republish this report to different workspaces and create a new subscription to check it again.

this issue only occurs when we have pinned a report with tornado chart to dashboard and subscription it.

Thanks for the added information, as far as I know it seems happen on multiple custom visuals when creating a subscription for the dashboard.

Similar issue has been submited internal(ICM: 323388794), would update here as soon as possible if there is any progress about it.
