tooltip(<title> attribute) not working in edge for Laptops and some desktops

On edge (msit.powerbi.com), for some of the laptops and desktop systems, Tooltip (<title> attribute) stopped working. On moving mouse anywhere on the page and custom visuals, could not see <title> associated with it as tooltip.

Find the examples below:

1.   In Custom Visual, <title> is associated with svg text and div element but on moving mouse over both of the elements tooltip is not coming up
