stay signed in

We are running PowerBi on screens, connected to pc's which are not manually operated. Sometimes we get an messgae:

already have an account? with a button sign in, after we press sign in everything is working again for a certain time. Any ideas?

    Does it happen on the PCs which always have operations? It seems like the session times out. You can try to use a small tool to send a operation to the PC with an interval.

    It happens on pc's where we are running a dashboard rotator so there is activity constantly

    Which browser are you using? How long was it before you got the 'already have an account?' message?

    I use explorer, the times are different sometimes after 4 but it could also be after 24
