slicers are not working on web

Hi

since 2 days I've got a lot of workbook where slicers (filters) are perfectly working on desktop application while are not working on web

that happens just on some reports (that until few days ago worked perfectly and no changes have been on those)  wher we have  alot of graphs, while it doesn't happen on reports with few graphs

Furthermore a version of the report  that have been uploaded 1 month ago  works while the same report uploaded few days ago with a different name doesn't work. Also Bookmarks are not working

Clicking on graphs to filter data is working fine

any idea?
