scheduled refresh is refreshing when it isn't enabled

I have a dataset using Import Mode and has an enterprise gateway configured.

I have the Schedule Refresh disabled:

But the dataset seems to be refreshing every hour anyway:

Is it actually refreshing? I can't really tell as data doesn't change much in this report. If no one can answer I will set up a test report that does update data. But at the same time if it is refreshing is this some kind of bug because I don't see why it is refreshing when Schedule Refresh is disabled. Also looking at doco, only datasets in direct query mode should automatically refresh.

After turn off the schedule refresh, the dataset shouln't be refreshed based on schedule? Do you remember when you turn off the schedule refresh? Do you turn off it before the first schedule refresh happens 19/07/2018 8:30:00 am? 

Please monitor the refresh history again to check if the same issue happen after schedule refresh is turned off. 

Also please check if other datasets which schedule refresh is turned off have the same issue.
