"Scheduled Refresher"

  Hi Team,

 

   Please i am encountering challenges to enable the "Scheduled Refresher" option so i can schedule the Refreshing of my report in Power BI service. Thanks in advance for your support.

Hi @Samuel25 ,

 

What's your problem? You can't configure "schedule refresh"? What is your data source? Be aware that not all data uses scheduled refreshes.

Thanks for your swift feedback. My data source is in excel and i can't configure "Schedule Refresh".

Hi @Samuel25 ,

 

Please first make sure that the schedule refresh option is enabled by the administrator. Secondly, make sure that you have configured a gateway for your excel data source.
