I know this is very old, but anyone else seeing this issue return today?
I've looked on multiple computers and multiple browsers and the refresh icon status indicator is gone. It made me give incorrect information to my supervisor about a failed refresh. The consol appears to show it was successful as there is no Yellow warning triangle icon. When I click refresh again, the animated circle does not show up.
