"Auto-size column width" does not appear to be working

The column widths in a matrix visual will not stay static when "Auto-size column widths" is turned off.   This appears to be a new issue because it was previously working.    Is anyone experiencing this issue?  Any work-arounds?

I tried the latest version to test several cases and the appearance seems fine. Try to recreate the report.
