powerbi service can't refresh data
when click refresh now, data can't be refreshed , and history don't diaplay refresh in progress.

Same in Bulgaria. Both datasets and dataflows are not refreshing. We are struggling with opening Power BI Services as well.

That works fine for me. It might be a temporary issue. You may keep an eye on the Awareness.
