manual refresh button of the dataset doesn't trigger refresh

when i click manual refresh button, it doesn't trigger dataset refresh and doesn't produce any errors or any historical records under refresh history as if i even didn't click it.

This behaviour is global accross all dataset. what should i do?

That works fine for me. You may get a network trace using a tool like fiddler and try again later.

this is no longer a problem, it works back normal.

I experienced this issue for two hours in the service, there was probably some service distruption, since i was trying to refresh it from different browsers and different PCs to avoid potential problems from my side.
