issue preview connecting to dataset external organization

Hi,

I was trying the preview function to connect to a dataset from an external organization. 

When i open external data i get the following issue.

From the organization mentioned  they don't share any dataset with me. So when i look in the power bi server there also aren't any datasets of the organization mention in the error message. 

Further more i had to open task manager to end power bi desktop. I couldn't close or move the window as shown. 

Perhaps i am doing something wrong.

Did you make sure you have access to this external dataset? Perhaps you can refer to the documentation for this.

How did you solve it? Have the same issue here. I have access to the source but dont know how I can trigger MFA
