IBM DB2 through Power BI gateway
Hi Anonymous,
If you don't have a database driver, you will use Microsoft Driver in desktop. Then you publish it to service, it still use the Microsoft Driver when you refresh data in Power BI service. For your error message, I suggest you create a support ticket in the right bottom here to get dedicated support.

Thanks for this quick reply.
About the gateway and this point :
"When you publish the report created from DB2 to service, if you want to refresh data in service, you have to configure gateway. And you add datasource under your gateway. You just type the credentials of your database. Type the server name, database name, username and password. The progress of adding datasource doesn't need a database driver."
For refresh on service, If I doesn't need a database driver, is that because Datasource in gateway use the Microsoft driver ?

There is something to change when create the DataSource ? I don't find any option.
How does it detect that dateset using Microsoft or IBM driver ?
Thanks for precision.
