You could submit your ideas in Power BI ideas(Ideas (powerbi.com)) or add you reply in the this post(Share your thoughts on the new personalize visuals... - Microsoft Power BI Community). Whether reinstall or use the previous version of Power BI Desktop could resolve this issue, if not, you can consider sharing more details about this issue that whether it happens previously or recently and the senario when this issue happened.

May I know how you integrate? Did you integrate by embed? If so, how and where did you embed your content? Did your organization configure SSO for authentication? If you clear your cookie/cache of your browser or switch to other browsers and try again, will you see this problem either?
