The Xero integration is not intalling for us. When selecting "Get" on the Xero service the first screen appears "Connect to Xero" and asks for the organisation nickname. When entering the nickname "Third Kind Games" the connection spinner appears with the message "Please hold on while we check for your credentials...." and gets stuck here, there is not timeout message, just infinite spinning.   ... Hi all,   I am using the following query (when connecting to SQL database in DirectQuery mode) to get appointments for the previous 12 months:   Table.SelectRows(dbo_ReportAppointmentsView, each Date.IsInPreviousNMonths([Date], 12))   It was working perfectly fine and was generating SQL query with where clause like: "where convert(date, [_].[Date]) >= convert(datetime2, '2015-11-01 00:00:00') and convert(date, [_].[Date]) < convert(datetime2, '2016-11-01 00:00:00'))"   The problem is that when current month changed (November -> December) it is still generation SQL query with exactly the same dates. I was expecting that the dates should be '2015-12-01'  and '2016-12-01'  to display a data for previous 12 months. It helps to press "Refresh" button in Power BI desktop but it is clearly not a maintanable solution if I want the report to automatically display correct data.   Is it a bug or expected behaviour?   Thanks, Sergey Yerdekov     ... Date time formats in the service are displayed as US datetime format mm/dd/yyyy where as the desktop is able to display the same datetime format as UK datatime format dd/mm/yyyy.  The service that the report is displayed in is based in Western Europe.   See picture below which shows the same section of a report open in PBI service and PBI desktop       ... I'm attempting to set up data autorefresh in the Power BI Service for a recently published report. This data comes from SharePoint online, and when I login with my SPO account and then attempt to hit "Sign in" after selecting "OAuth2" as the method, it simply hangs. Hi,   I created Reports and Dashboard on a direct query connection to a Tabular 2016. After that I created a content pack out of it. The problem is, that the user sees the same data as me when he is opening the reports and dashboards the first time. Only after the first refresh, he sees the data he is allowed to see via Tabular Role Security. That is of course too late, because he is shortly able to see all data.   Can I force an immediate refresh before data comes up for the content pack objects? Or is that a bug?   Especially for the Dashboards, when the user don't have access to the Tabular model at all, after hitting the refresh tiles button, the data is still visibile and the user only gets a message about no connectivity.   Is that a bug? I have a model in Power BI Online (no on prem data). When I schedule a daily refresh (ex. 12AM-6AM) and I access the report, I'm prompted with "this requires a PRO license"?   I have a few reports hosted on in Power BI Embedded. Sometimes loading of the visuals is slow (between 1 and 5 seconds per visual). Other times they are instant,. During the weekends they seem reasonably snappy. There is no definitive correlation that I have found for the slowness. The same reports, at the same time running from PowerBI desktop are instant, when they are slow on the web.   I have confirmed that the DirectQuery queries to the SQL Azure DB are all running below 25ms. (usually 5 queries per report/visualasations refresh) I have also confirmed no ad-blocker/proxy type software is intercepting the web requests.   The HTTP Requests that can either be quick or sometimes very slow are currently going to : https://wabi-north-europe-redirect.analysis.windows.net/appTokenEmbed/reports/querydata   Could it be that the PowerBI servers are under load causing my reports to run slowly?  Is there any way to diagnose performance issues with PowerBI Embedded?  ... Hi,  When I publish my pbix file i get the above message from PBI desktop. Read some posts that some of you resolved this by not having the same conflicting table name and measure name. However I do not have any table name the same as measure name.   I'm using build 2.41.4581.361  64-bit (November 2016).   My data source in a web API, previously I have no issues publishing my files.    Any ideas. When I export data from an object in Power BI Desktop, the csv file has the comma as field separator. But around the World not all use the comma., For example in my Country usually we use the semicolon. So it would be useful to be able to set a personalized field separator in the preferences. ...
