getting error when refresh the data from the servicenow in power bi

facing this issue "DataFormat.Error: <ccon>We found an invalid character between object key and value in the JSON input.. Value = }. Position = 1927076. </ccon>. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface" 
while connect to the service

Hi @roopchand_kolla ,

In Desktop Power Query, do you reference JSON data? If so, based on the error message, I guess it's not in a valid format, use validators such as http://jsonlint.com/ to validate your JSON. Or check if the method in this video is helpful: Power BI Tutorial | Working with JSON data - YouTube

Thank you for your reply,
If it is a data fromat error, i would get a error int he power query itself. But i didn't get any error in the power query.
I'm getting this error only while refreshing the report from the power BI service.
