dashboard is not refreshing with Analysis services source

Hi All, We have a dasboard based on analysis services import mode, Its not refreshing completly past 2 weeks.  I have changed the import mode to DAX query still not refreshing.

 

I am able to see updated information in the live connection. 

 

Please provide any insights.

When you load data with Import connection mode and refresh your dashboard , the data you refresh is from your dataset, not the data source. So even if your datasource updates the data, it will not update to your Service unless you configure a gateway.
