broken gateway installer

I try to install on premise gateway on new windows 10 pro , i run installer  downloaded from powerbi.microsoft.com and get errors:

 yellow window with missing certificate for this exe and then window with error: Application pop-up GatewayInstall.exe - Application Error : The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application.

this error doesnt even shows on windows 10 , there is only event in EventViewer->System. It shows only if I run installer in win8 compatiblity mode.

I could attach screens but don't know to this here

I have tried setting Full Control for everyone/all users, disabling all security (Firewalls/Defender/...) but with no succes, still can't install the latest version of GatewayInstall & PowerBiInstall.

Hi all, 

One customer said the latest on-premise data gatewat resolve the issue: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/Unable-to-Install-Power-BI-Gateway/idc-p/554603#M34161. 

Please install the new version 3000.0.144.3 to see if the issue is gone.
