Zendesk Tickets data is not loaded anymore in PowerBi
The Microsoft Power BI integration uses our api/v2/search API endpoint to retrieve data. Recently Zendesk imposed limits to their Search API endpoint, which caused this issue with the Power BI connector.
PowerBi announced, they were implementing this approach in their breaking changes documentation here: https://develop.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022563994--BREAKING-New-Search-API-Result-Limits.
The Search API was not designed for bulk, repeated exporting of changed data. Therefor, PowerBi should switch to using the incremental APIs which were designed for that.
Please advise if Microsoft is working on this
