What is upper memory limit for semantic models in fabric per capacity size?

Hello Everyone

We are evaluating fabric, and need to know the upper memory size usable per fabric capacity size?

I am not able to find this info anywhere online?

Furthermore, is it possible to read data from Fabric using the Azure Analysis Services? (As an alternative architectural solution?)

We really need this info fast in order to guestimate future fabric cost!

When using an F16, we reach the limit at 1.8 gigabyte. This is very small for us.

 Fabric capacities are similar in their behavior to existing Power BI Premium capacities . Allocate capacity to the workspace and then create content in the workspace. There is no relevant content stating a size limit for semantic models. 

Regarding your comment about using Azure Analytics Services to get data, does it mean that Azure Analytics Services is used as a data source to create reports then publish to fabric workspace?

The other way around. Since our semantic models are being blocked due to memory limits, we were trying to pull data out of Fabric in order to use  Azure Analytics Services to replicate the semantic model functionality.
