We couldn't load a scorecard for that hierarchy, so we'll return you to the base scorecard.

I have created a scorecard with a hierarchy.  The 'All' level works but if I try to select any of the lower levels in list view I get this message:

We couldn't load a scorecard for that hierarchy, so we'll return you to the base scorecard.

Error details below.  If I try the same in Heatmap view then I get an endlessly rotating circle on any lower levels that are selected.

Strange thing is it was working the previous day.  I tried deleting the hierachy and creating it again but am getting the same error.

The exact same thing is happening to us in our company! So I'm glad to know it's not just something on our side! We created a lot of metrics for this year and until Friday were all working perfectly but this week they are not loading when I change to the heatmap, and not even when filtering by the hierarchy.

I have the same issue, I tried 2 days ago to create hierarchies (I didn't use before this week) and I received the same message in two different domains. We are evaluating the use of the metrics and we need to have the hierarchies working to convince to managers to apply in our company.

Hi @adamfairman

I tried to restore the scenario you described, but it failed. Can you provide the steps you took for reference through screenshot or video ?

Hi @Anonymous I've deleted the hierarchy so you can see the steps to create.

Only one dataset and this is the same as the metric.  The preview looks fine.

Then I assign owner, which for testing purposes is a column with my name in for each asset.

I then save and close.  The metric value and target value are both linked to the dataset and display fine.  If I click the All dropdown the hierarchy is displayed:

If I tick one of the sites I get an error message:
