When viewing in different browsers (Internet Explorer or Google Chrome) or different page view (Fit to page, Fit to width or Actual size), the visuals are rendered differently, and this results in unexpected misposition of visuals.
To better illustrate the issue, I have create a table with conditional format applied to 1 column.
Then I add a rectangle shape next to the column.
For example, below are screenshots taken in different browsers with same page view (Actual Size).
