Visuals have different sizes in different browsers or page views

When viewing in different browsers (Internet Explorer or Google Chrome) or different page view (Fit to page, Fit to width or Actual size), the visuals are rendered differently, and this results in unexpected misposition of visuals.

To better illustrate the issue, I have create a table with conditional format applied to 1 column.

Then I add a rectangle shape next to the column.

For example, below are screenshots taken in different browsers with same page view (Actual Size).

Below is a comparison of the 3 different page views in Google Chrome:

Could you please share your PBIX file to me? You can upload it to online file service (e.g. OneDrive) and share it. I'd like to try it to see if I can repro the same issue.

I’ve got response from the Power BI Team.

Text-based visuals like table and matrix rely on the browsers' text layout.  There's not much we can do about small inconsistencies between browsers, so we can't guarantee pixel perfect parity between browsers.

Hi all,

Just found out what is going on in my end, basically the zoom rate on the web browser impacts how Power BI service renders the visuals on the report, making those small variances to occur.

As fas as I've tested, looks like the zoom rate at 90% matches the Power BI Desktop.
