Visualize the List not working from Microsoft Lists

I had a ticket for this issue (reference number 2211280040006993), but they closed it since I didn't get them a trace file back in time. I have already spent a lot of time explaining the issue and they were supposed to have recorded it, so hopefully you can all the details from that previous issue.
