Viewer not getting view access over shared report on Power BI Server

Hi team,

our team are facing issue as we have shared some of the reports to to them Via link with all the permission & view access

but they are not able to open the report via links portal askes them to purchase the Power BI Pro License, so they can't view the report  we want them to get the view access only they are not even able to make the Free trial access as its not accessable to them.

Please help me out over this issue & update a proper SOP which I can follow in my organization to make this work smoothly.

Hi @Anonymous ,

If you want to share reports to Free users without purchasing a Power BI Pro license, the workspace where the report is located needs to be allocated Premium capacity and the purchase needs to be a P SKU.

Or you can choose to publish the report to the web, but then anyone with the link can access the report.

Hi Team,

This below screen shot is the issue which the viewer faces while they open the shared report link from the Power BI Pro License holder's account. 

Kindly update the solution by which this issue can be resolved ?
