Viewer Role not working in TEAMS?

Hey all,

I have published an APP to our Org TEAMS group.

We have premium PBI membership and some people see the report and others get an error screen asking to request permission even though I have already listed them all under the access section.

Any thoughts?

Try to remove permission and add again. If it persists, just create a support ticket for assistance.
