View-only Members in Group Workspace can click the "Edit Report" option

I'm experiencing an issue where "Members" in a group workspace with "view-only" access have the "Edit Report" button functional. This only happens when they visit the report's URL directly.

This is the error they get once they go into "edit mode" and try to save,

Group Workspace Permissions:

If they navigate to the report while they are already in the group workspace the "Edit Report" button is disabled.

I can repro the same issue as you. I’ve reported it internally to Power BI Team: CRI 38118301
I’ll post here once I get any update about it.
