Value disappearing in power query

Hi everyone,

I have a really weird issue in Power BI.

When I load a whole table from a database, I have some values which disappear:

Which is somehow reflected in power query editor view:

But now, if I filter the table, just to have those three rows:

Boom, all the value appears.
This behaviour seems to appear when I load more than 2 thousands lines. Otherwise, things seem to be fine.

I have refreshed so many times the data (and schema). I also tried to close and reopen Power BI at each step, empty the caches in the parameters, but the problem remains.

I have no idea how to solve this ...
