VQ reverting to previously saved version

I can save a VQ and changes are applied but sometimes a day or so later, the VQ reverts back to the previously saved version and I lose my changes. 

Foe example, yesterday, I made some changes to a VQ (deleted a table, changed a step in 6 of the tables and appended some of the tables) when I logged on this morning the changes where still in place. Then I needed to create a view from the loaded table, so I dropped the existing view and refreshed the browser but the VQ had reverted back to the previously saved version. The deleted table was back as was the old logic for the steps I had updated.

What do you mean by VQ? You mentioned that you deleted visual,added visual, and deleted some tables.Where did you perform all these operations? Is the report just something you have permission to edit ?  After you made these changes, did you make a save and then refresh the page ?

Apologies, I didn't realise quite how vague I'd been until I read that back. by VQ I mean Visual Query and the operations were perfomed in a Fabric Warehouse. I saved the changes, dropped a view from my schema refreshed the page. It was at this point the VQ reverted back to the version I had the day prior.

The reason I refreshed the page is that if I drop a view from my schema and try to add the revised table as a view with the same name, I receive message saying there is already a view with that name. So I have to refresh the browser for the Warehouse to realise that the view has been dropped even though it doesn't appear in the schema.
