After updating an app (adding a tile to and changing an underlying report of a dashboard published in the app) some of our users have no access anymore to some of the tiles and reports of the dashboard. They receive the message ‘Permission required’ on these tiles/reports, however their permissions didn’t change.
The problem occurs for some of the users, others with the same permissions have no issues. The problem occurs for some of the tiles/underlying reports in the dashboard, for others there is no problem.
Important to know:
The dashboard links to reports in the underlying workspace, which have their underlying datasets in another workspace. Users receive their read-permissions (on app, reports and datasets) via an email group.
